ACM / ACSM Consultants – Microsoft Copilot & AI Adoption

Make AI adoption happen
We are looking for Adoption and Change Management (ACM/ACSM) Consultants to support a major digital transformation initiative focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI-enabled ways of working.
These roles will help organisations move beyond technology implementation and embed AI into everyday working practices. You will work with architecture, delivery and business stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences, drive user adoption and establish the foundations for sustainable cultural change.
We have opportunities for both junior consultants with strong hands-on delivery skills and senior consultants experienced in leading adoption and change workstreams.
What you'll be doing
- Develop training materials, user guides and enablement resources to support Copilot and Microsoft 365 adoption.
- Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, workshops and office hours.
- Develop persona-based use cases and practical scenarios that demonstrate the business value of AI.
- Support communications, stakeholder engagement and change management plans.
- Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback and recommend improvements.
- Help establish and coach internal Agent Champions networks and support Agent Lab activities.
- Support change impact assessments, risk management and operational readiness.
- Contribute to delivery backlogs, sprint planning and continuous improvement activities.
What we're looking for
- Experience in Adoption and Change Management (ACM/ACSM) or digital transformation delivery.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Understanding of AI adoption, workplace transformation and organisational culture change.
- Experience developing and delivering training, communications or user enablement programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting champions networks, communities of practice or similar initiatives.
- Ability to measure adoption, capture feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks, with Prosci certification strongly preferred.
- Understanding of digital transformation roadmaps, target operating models and change-related risks.
- Confidence demonstrating technology solutions and explaining their value to business users.
Senior Consultant opportunities
For senior positions, we are particularly interested in candidates who have led adoption workstreams, shaped change strategies, engaged senior stakeholders and driven measurable improvements in technology adoption.
Junior Consultant opportunity
For the junior position, we welcome candidates with hands-on experience in training, communications, user engagement, change delivery or Microsoft 365 enablement who are looking to develop their expertise in AI adoption.
