Play a key role in keeping essential services running. Join our client's in-house recruitment team and help us hire the people who make a difference.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Justice & Immigration division with high-volume recruitment campaigns. This is a fully remote, 3-month contract role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from application to offer - helping us source, assess and hire frontline professionals into vital roles.

🔍 What you'll be doing:

* Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for frontline roles - from screening to offer.

* Reviewing applications, online assessment results and eligibility criteria (e.g. right to work, vetting, health).

* Coordinating and conducting structured virtual interviews as the designated hiring manager.

* Providing timely and professional candidate feedback and communications throughout the process.

* Issuing verbal offers and guiding candidates through the vetting and onboarding process.

* Handling candidate and stakeholder queries via inbox and inbound calls (via the STORM rota).

* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (SuccessFactors or Phenom).

* Reporting on campaign progress and raising any risks or concerns to the Campaign Lead.

* Experience in high-volume recruitment - ideally in-house or for public sector contracts.

* Confident conducting virtual interviews and making hiring decisions independently.

* Organised and responsive, with excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.

* Comfortable using ATS platforms and working with structured recruitment processes.
