About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our People team. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the organisation to deliver strategic and operational HR support. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding managers on people-related matters while supporting initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, influential relationships with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and workforce planning.
- Support the development and roll-out of HR initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, DE&I, and reward strategies.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes.
- Analyse people data and metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure talent acquisition supports business needs.
- Coach managers on best practice HR processes and leadership capabilities.
- Support change management programmes, ensuring smooth communication and employee engagement.
- Contribute to policy development and process improvement within the People function.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the organisation.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an HRBP or senior HR advisory role.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing complex ER cases with confidence.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing relationships virtually.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and provide insights.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business needs and people priorities.
- CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience) preferred.
