Position: HR Operation AnalystLocation: Remote (Candidate should be local to Georgia or New Jersey)Job Type: Full timeTerms: FulltimeObjectives of the role:

  1. Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  2. Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture.
  3. Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies.
  4. Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
  5. Collaborating with the HR, the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  6. Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation.
  7. Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.

Required skills and qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in onboarding and recruitment with a proven track record of successful onboarding processes and employee retention.
  3. Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies and procedures, and employment laws.
  4. Demonstrable understanding of USA labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process.
  5. Strong organisational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
  7. Attention to detail and organisational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  8. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate the diverse needs and backgrounds of new employees.
  9. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with remote/Onsite team members with prior experience in corporate onboarding.
