- Build and manage talent pipelines of active and passive candidates, leveraging strong sourcing expertise to attract top talent across diverse markets.
- Balance strategic hiring needs with operational delivery, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Contribute to scalable TA processes while supporting business growth and clinical delivery goals.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an in house or RPO setting, with a focus on both high-volume and senior-level hiring.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including the use of advanced search techniques (e.g. Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, social media) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Experience recruiting in international markets, preferably across the UK & Germany.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple roles at once while delivering a high-quality and consistent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, and mission-driven environment.

- A high-impact, expert-level role at the heart of a purpose-driven company
- Training and development support, with a personal learning budget
- Flexible and remote-first working culture
