LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Advisor 3to support our client’s**.Title: HR Operations Advisor 3Location- RemotePay Range- $35.00/HourTop 3 Hard Skills Required 5+ Years of Experience Required:• Microsoft Office & Azure DevOps Experience (outlook/excel/word)• Communication Experience (written / verbal / discretionary / confidentiality)• Experience with Managing High Volume in similar fieldRequired Qualifications:**
- 5+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field.
- Must have Office Experience (outlook/excel/word).
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed.
- Exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating as needed.
- The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
- The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
- 5-7 years customer service-related experience required.
