This role will shape the organization’s total rewards approach across compensation, benefits, and equity programs. The Lead Analyst will partner closely with HR and Finance to build scalable frameworks that support growth, market competitiveness, and internal alignment. This position will also influence leadership decisions through data-driven analysis, program design, and process improvement in a global, remote-first environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Design a comprehensive 3-year global benefits strategy
- Research and deploy localized, market data-driven compensation bands
- Evaluate long-term incentive plan enhancements and assess ROI with Finance
- Overhaul compensation structures to align with organizational changes
- Serve as the principal compensation advisor to leadership and HR
- Lead annual compensation cycles and optimize workflows
- 7+ years of experience in Compensation, Equity, and Total Rewards at a lead or principal level
- Expertise in US and Canadian compensation frameworks and equity design
- Proven experience building financial models and visualizing compensation data
- Experience scaling global companies with 500+ employees
- Familiarity with tools such as Rippling, Pave, and Payscale
