This position plays a key role in ensuring benefits accuracy, compliance, and seamless system performance across the organization.

• 💰 $50–60/hour
• 🕒 Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday Benefits modules (Health, Welfare, Retirement, ACA)
• Lead annual Open Enrollment setup, testing, execution, and audits
• Manage EDI files and benefits integrations with third-party vendors
• Troubleshoot benefits-related system issues and business processes
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA requirements
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors on benefits system initiatives
• Support benefits reporting and ongoing system enhancements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HRIS experience with deep expertise in Workday Benefits
• Strong hands-on experience with Open Enrollment and EDI management
• Solid understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Workday Pro Benefits certification is a plus
