Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in UK!

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Customer, a Global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. You will bring experience from high volume recruitments, knowledge of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is accountable for:

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to drive successful hires.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support candidate travel arrangements.
  • Participate in EMEA-wide projects with KellyOCG and our client.
  • Contribute to team KPIs and support recruiter success.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting, with a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative support. Previous experience in a recruiting environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional planning, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment CRMs, experience using Workday is ideal.
  • Customer-centric approach with a proven track record of excellent service.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage.
