Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious, mission-driven EnterpriseBusiness Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing sales team. This is a foundational role focused on generating new business opportunities with large employers and unions & trusts and is a primary pipeline driver for our Sales Directors. The ideal candidate is eager to refine their sales skills in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to launch a career in enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage target accounts (2,500+ employees) through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences, and targeted social selling
  • Engage HR / Benefits leaders with value-driven conversations that uncover their needs and position Juno as a necessary solution
  • Work closely with Sales Directors to transition qualified prospects into active sales opportunities. 
  • Diligently track and manage all outbound activities and prospect interactions within Hubspot. 
  • Continuously deepen your understanding of Juno’s solution and use this knowledge to build compelling narratives and secure executive-level meetings.
  • Consistently hit activity and meetings targets, driving the success of our sales organization

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • A high level of self-motivation, energy, and resilience; the ability to handle rejection and maintain a consistently positive, persistent attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to develop concise, compelling, and professional outreach messages
  • A strong desire to quickly learn about the Juno product and the broader employee benefits landscape
  • Familiarity with CRM software (ideally HubSpot) and the Google Workspace suite
  • Genuine enthusiasm for Juno’s mission to provide a financial safety net and make an impact for parents of children with severe illnesses or disabilities

Compensation: 

Competitive salary (base + commission bonus tied to qualified meeting volume), excellent benefits, and generous equity
