Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Implementation Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors with the gravitas to deliver solutions to large enterprise organisations as well and the flexibility to deliver to smaller companies. . Working with the Project Manager, you will lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, collaborating with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful deployment. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert consulting, configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through best practices. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with clients to transform HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Exception knowledge of HR business strategy, processes and policies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Proven experience in consulting and delivering client-focused solutions within a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in software and project implementation, with a background in SAP SuccessFactors being highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
