In our office in Petaluma (CA), Huntsville (AL), Atlanta (AL) or remote. As our Event Manager, you’ll take ownership of Ingentis’ event strategy and execution across North America and beyond — from major HR & OD conferences, such as UNLEASH, HR Tech, and Transform, to select partner and customer events. You’ll manage every detail, ensuring each event reflects Ingentis’ brand, values, and expertise while driving visibility and engagement. For more than 25 years, Ingentis has been offering smart software solutions for the HR space. Our core product Ingentis org.manager is the worldwide market-leading solution for organizational charting and HR data visualization. It is being used by more than 1,800 of the largest organizations worldwide and integrated into leading HCM solutions such as Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and many more.   • Design and execute Ingentis’ event strategy for North America, spanning major industry conferences (UNLEASH, HR Tech, Transform) and targeted partner activations.
  • Lead full-cycle event management — from concept to post-event analytics — ensuring seamless execution, brand alignment, and measurable ROI.
  • Create engaging, on-brand experiences for customers and partners through user meetups, workshops, and co-creation sessions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to convert event engagement into qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Support internal events such as annual kick-offs, leadership gatherings, and team-building experiences.
  • Scout and evaluate emerging event formats and tech platforms to keep Ingentis’ brand presence fresh and forward-looking.
  • Partner closely with global marketing colleagues to ensure a consistent brand identity and share best practices across regions.
  • Occasionally support global events beyond the U.S. as Ingentis continues to scale its worldwide presence.

Your profile

  • 4+ years of experience in event management, ideally within the B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven success managing large-scale conferences, trade shows, and customer events with measurable business impact.
  • Strong organizational and vendor management skills — you thrive on structure, precision, and executional excellence.
  • Creative flair and a passion for building memorable, on-brand experiences.
  • Budget management expertise and confident supplier negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate hands-on while maintaining a strategic lens.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management preferred.
