We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience to join our team and support recruitment processes, primarily within the Data domain.
If you enjoy connecting with people, understand the IT talent market, and know how to identify and attract top technical talent, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, with a primary focus on Data-related roles.
- Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.
- Recruit for positions such as Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Analytics Engineers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates' experience against role requirements.
- Monitor IT market trends and stay up to date with developments in the Data ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally with exposure to Data-related roles.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
- A basic understanding of Data-related technologies and roles, such as SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Polish - a prerequisite.
- Very good command of English.
