Location: Remote (Global)
Compensation: $60,000 base salary + $20,000 variable commission based on performance
We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter (2-4 years) to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier Sales Representatives (Sales Reps) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to source, recruit, and hire high-performing Sales Reps and SDRs.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit with our sales team requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Must have experience in sales recruiting, with a track record of successfully hiring Sales Reps and SDRs.
