Join a dynamic team as an HR Generalist, playing a pivotal role in supporting daily HR operations. This is a fantastic chance to utilize your expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to foster a high-performance culture within a global manufacturing environment. The Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, collaborating with hiring managers
• Develop and conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday
• Provide guidance on HR-related matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with 2-3 years of HR experience
• Strong understanding of Federal and local labor laws
• Proficiency in administering HRIS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday preferred
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strict confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
