Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (3–4 days/week) Option
About the Role:
Our client, a growing technology firm, is expanding its U.S. operations and seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support this exciting phase. This contract role will focus on integrating U.S.-based employees into the company’s systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Integration: Transition U.S. employees onto the company’s payroll, benefits, systems, and tools.
- Benefits Administration: Guide employees through open enrollment and ensure accurate benefits setup.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing (some payroll exposure preferred).
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, support onboarding activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions, providing clear and timely responses.
- Organization: Manage multiple priorities efficiently, maintaining high attention to detail throughout.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations.
- Exposure to payroll processes and benefits administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable committing to the full contract duration.
- Open to candidates from any industry background.
Additional Details:
- Remote Flexibility: This role is fully remote, though the company’s office is located in NYC (10016).
- Part-Time Option: Candidates available 3–4 days per week may be considered and could start sooner.
