About the role

Fitpoint Talent Solutions is recruiting for Executive People, Culture and Talent Coach position on behalf of a confidential client.

The successful candidate will support and work with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, workplace culture, talent practices, and organisational effectiveness.

This is a specific paid role for an experienced people, talent, organisational development, or leadership-coaching professional. The client’s identity will be shared with shortlisted candidates before interview, subject to the client’s confidentiality process.

Why This Role Matters

Growing organisations need practical people and leadership support that connects culture, talent, and business priorities. In this role, you will help senior stakeholders turn people challenges into clear, workable actions that improve leadership effectiveness, employee experience, talent development, and organisational alignment.

Your work will support leaders in creating sustainable, inclusive, and high-performing working environments.

What You’ll Be Trusted To Do

  • Partner with senior leaders and designated people stakeholders to identify people, culture, leadership, and talent priorities.
  • Deliver executive and leadership coaching aligned with agreed organisational objectives.
  • Conduct culture and engagement assessments and translate findings into practical action plans.
  • Advise on leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, team effectiveness, and career development.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, and succession-planning initiatives where within the agreed role scope.
  • Facilitate leadership sessions, workshops, and cross-functional team-development activities.
  • Contribute to organisational-design and resource-planning discussions that support agreed business goals.
  • Develop clear recommendations, action plans, and progress measures for agreed engagements.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality, professional boundaries, and accurate engagement documentation.
  • Collaborate with relevant HR, talent, learning, and leadership stakeholders to coordinate support.

What Success Looks Like

  • stronger leadership capability and clearer people-management practices;
  • improved cultural alignment, employee engagement, and collaboration;
  • more effective talent attraction, onboarding, development, and succession practices;
  • practical people and culture action plans that leaders can implement; and
  • timely, professional delivery against agreed coaching and organisational-development objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in executive coaching, leadership development, HR leadership, talent management, organisational development, people strategy, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience partnering credibly with senior leaders, executives, or comparable decision-makers.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to assess complex people or organisational challenges and provide practical, appropriately scoped guidance.
  • Sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, engagements, and follow-up actions in a remote working environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable

  • HR leadership or HR business partnering;
  • talent management, succession planning, and leadership development;
  • organisational development and culture transformation;
  • employee engagement and employee-experience programmes;
  • executive, leadership, or team coaching; and
  • people strategy roles in growth-oriented or evolving organisations.

Equivalent experience will be considered where candidates can demonstrate strong coaching capability, sound people-strategy judgement, and relevant stakeholder experience.
