Freelance Senior Recruiter

We are currently helping several clients in Lisbon fill different roles and we are looking for experienced local freelance recruiters to support our searches.Who we are looking forWe are seeking senior recruiters who:

• Have 3 or more years of proven experience recruiting in Portugal
• Have experience recruiting for roles in Lisbon
• Have worked previously as freelance recruiters
• Have an active local network of candidates and strong sourcing skills
• Have a high level of English, both written and spoken
• Can dedicate at least 2 hours per day to freelance recruitment work
• Are results driven and comfortable working on a success fee model

This is not a role for juniors or recruiters without proven experience.Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment processes
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews with clients
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the process
• Deliver quality candidates aligned with client requirements

Compensation and Conditions

• This is a freelance collaboration, not an employment contract
• Payment is per closed vacancy only
• You will receive 25% of one monthly gross salary of the placed candidate
• Payment applies only if your candidate is successfully hired and completes the agreed hiring process
