We are seeking a Physician Recruiter with staffing industry experience to work 100% remote.

You're intrinsically motivated by achieving goals, you act as an advisor and consultative seller to your clients and peers. Others see you as a responsible, adaptable individual who shows determination and grit in the face of a challenge.

Check Out Our Must Haves

• Healthcare Staffing: Familiarity with healthcare staffing or relevant industry knowledge highly preferred
• Experience: At leas three years of relevant recruiting experience
• Goal Oriented: Proven track record in recruitment and/or sales, with experience in closing deals successfully
• Education: College degree preferred but not required
• Remote: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred
• Systems: Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
• Locations: Enterprise Medical Recruiting staff must reside in one of the following states CT, FL, GA, KY, MA, MO, MS, TX

Your Day to DayPhysician Recruiter Responsibilities

• Meet assigned production goals
• Work directly with clients to identify and resolve problems
• Establish and maintain effective candidate and client relationships
• Build relationships with physicians to help them find their next opportunity
• Actively listen to clients and candidates to best determine their needs
• Problem solves with clients and candidates to ensure the best outcome for all
• Guide clients and candidates through the recruiting process
• Set and coordinate interviews and contract reviews
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM system
