Recruiting Operations Specialist (Contract)📍 Remote💰 $100 - $110/hr ON W2⏳ 8-month contractThe hiring manager wants a technical Greenhouse ATS systems expert who can automate recruiting workflows and manage recruiting tech integrations at scale.What the Hiring Manager is Actually Targeting (Brief):
- Greenhouse ATS Administrator (Must-Have)
- Candidate must configure Greenhouse, not just use it — workflows, approval flows, custom fields, offer templates, auto-tagging, and integrations.
- Recruiting Systems & Integrations Expertise
- Experience connecting and troubleshooting tools like CodeSignal, Gem, Workday, etc., and understanding APIs or automation tools (Zapier, scripts).
- Automation & Process Optimization
- Ability to remove manual recruiter work by building automated workflows, alerts, and system rules inside the recruiting tech stack.
- Project + Ticket Management
- Comfortable handling Jira tickets while managing system improvement projects, prioritizing urgent issues vs long-term initiatives.
- Compliance & System Audits
- Build automated compliance reporting and audit systems (background check alerts, approval tracking, reporting readiness for IPO/SOX).
We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist with strong Greenhouse ATS configuration experience to support recruiting systems, integrations, and workflow automation. This role focuses on optimizing recruiting technology and improving system efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years in Recruiting Ops / Recruiting Systems• Hands-on Greenhouse ATS configuration (must-have)• Experience with ATS integrations, automation, and workflow optimization• Comfortable managing system tickets (JIRA) and supporting recruiting teamsTech Stack: Greenhouse, JIRA, Workday, Gem, ModernLoop.
