1. Greenhouse ATS Administrator (Must-Have)
2. Candidate must configure Greenhouse, not just use it — workflows, approval flows, custom fields, offer templates, auto-tagging, and integrations.
3. Recruiting Systems & Integrations Expertise
4. Experience connecting and troubleshooting tools like CodeSignal, Gem, Workday, etc., and understanding APIs or automation tools (Zapier, scripts).
5. Automation & Process Optimization
6. Ability to remove manual recruiter work by building automated workflows, alerts, and system rules inside the recruiting tech stack.
7. Project + Ticket Management
8. Comfortable handling Jira tickets while managing system improvement projects, prioritizing urgent issues vs long-term initiatives.
9. Compliance & System Audits
10. Build automated compliance reporting and audit systems (background check alerts, approval tracking, reporting readiness for IPO/SOX).

We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist with strong Greenhouse ATS configuration experience to support recruiting systems, integrations, and workflow automation. This role focuses on optimizing recruiting technology and improving system efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in Recruiting Ops / Recruiting Systems• Hands-on Greenhouse ATS configuration (must-have)• Experience with ATS integrations, automation, and workflow optimization• Comfortable managing system tickets (JIRA) and supporting recruiting teamsTech Stack: Greenhouse, JIRA, Workday, Gem, ModernLoop.
