We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, and compliance while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.

• Manage performance appraisal programs and employee development plans.

• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

• Drive employee engagement, wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership skills.

• Manage HR systems, employee records, and reporting processes.

• Support organizational change management and business transformation initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or senior HR leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and labor regulations.

• Experience developing and implementing HR policies, frameworks, and organizational initiatives.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with HRIS systems, payroll administration, and HR reporting tools.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

• Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.

• Experience partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred. Professional HR certifications are an advantage.
