We are seeking an early-career Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. This individual will oversee and manage HR operations across the company. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping our employee experience, driving process improvements, and strengthening our culture.

This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and execution. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build trust with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Oversight

  • Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring alignment with company policies, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between leadership and HR operations.

Core HR Functions

  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Manage benefits administration, leave policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to maintain accurate employee records and reporting.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects the company’s values and vision.
  • Support training, career development, and professional growth programs.

Process & Policy Improvements

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for efficiency and consistency.
  • Support compliance efforts across multiple states and geographies.
  • Recommend updates to policies and procedures to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience; prior experience managing or working closely with offshore teams is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals: employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and geographies.
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to “roll up sleeves.”
