The Role
Our recruitment team is at the heart of everything we do - and we do it exceptionally well. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Partner to help expand our presence and build strong relationships with both top-tier tech professionals and forward-thinking companies.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for job-seeking developers, while also collaborating directly with clients’ hiring managers to deliver a seamless and positive candidate and client experience.
- Use multiple sourcing channels and AI tools to strategically identify, map, and engage top-tier tech talent.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, pre-screening, and vetting to keeping candidates engaged throughout and successfully closing hires.
- Assess candidates by understanding their motivations, career aspirations, and technical skills to ensure they are the perfect fit for your projects (our motto is quality over quantity).
- Stay informed on global and local tech market trends, continuously researching industry developments in technology recruitment.
- Learn and stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering tech stacks to better communicate project requirements.
- Use your copywriting and creativity skills to craft engaging outreach messages, LinkedIn posts, job ads, and social media content—there’s no limit to how you can connect with talent!
Who You Are
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken, to a professional level).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Educational background in journalism, liberal arts, business, economics, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in tech recruitment is preferred, but we’re also open to experience in sales, management consultancy or executive recruitment.
- Creative - in sourcing methods and problem-solving during recruitment challenges.
- Persistent - engaging passive candidates and following up effectively.
- Naturally curious and always eager to learn.
- A great storyteller - we value the power of a compelling narrative.
- Charismatic and persuasive, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about something outside of work, whether it’s music, sports, reading, or any other interest.
- Resilient with a never-give-up mindset.
- Motivated by targets and KPIs - you thrive in a goal-driven environment.
- Confident on the phone and adept at engaging candidates.
- Adaptable and flexible, ready to pivot as needed in a fast-moving environment.
- Independent and self-sufficient, capable of working autonomously.

- Competitive compensation (base salary + commission):
- Base: €2,000 - 2,500 /month via B2B collaboration.
- Uncapped commission structure - our recruiters who hit the minimum targets are earning €3,000 NET per month, but with no cap on commission, the earning potential is much higher.
