Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Technology Analyst to support Oracle Fusion HCM applications, HR technology operations, system configuration, reporting and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to support Oracle HCM solutions, maintain accurate employee data and improve HR technology processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations and functional activities within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Assist with Oracle HCM configuration, system enhancements and application support.
- Gather, analyze and document HR business and functional requirements.
- Support modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management and Payroll.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist with employee data management, migration, validation and reconciliation.
- Support HR system reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
