We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Camper’s global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness in the fashion and retail industry while strengthening employee motivation, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the global Compensation & Benefits strategy, aligning it with business goals and HR priorities.
- Lead salary benchmarking and market analysis, with a specific focus on the fashion and retail industry, to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and review of short- and long-term incentive plans.
- Ensure clarity and transparency in the communication of compensation and benefits to employees.
- Evaluate and optimize employee benefits programs, ensuring relevance and attractiveness for a diverse and international workforce.
- Provide strategic guidance to HR Business Partners, managers, and leaders on C&B policies and decisions.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, tax requirements, and internal policies across different markets.
- Deliver regular reporting and analytics to track effectiveness, costs, and ROI of compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive initiatives related to employee wellbeing, recognition, and total rewards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in the fashion and retail sector.
- Solid knowledge of compensation frameworks, incentive design, and benefits programs.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS and global compensation tools.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).
