Role summary
• Remote, performance-based consulting in personal development and leadership education
for experienced HR/People professionals.
• Run structured client conversations, execute proven digital campaigns, and represent
approved e-learning programs.
Responsibilities
• Engage prospective clients; assess alignment and suitability
• Execute campaigns within established systems; track and refine based on data
• Share approved program information; manage introductions and enrollments
• Complete onboarding; participate in ongoing mentoring and development
Requirements
• Significant experience in HR, talent, P&C, L&D, ER, or org development
• Strong judgment of people; honest fit assessments
• Self-directed, coachable; comfortable following a proven model
• Performance-oriented; earnings tied to results
