If youāre an energetic, organised communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a genuine impact ā helping us find and inspire the next generation of Support Workers. š The Role Job Title Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator Location Remote - Working from home (covering our North Region - can be based anywhere in the UK) Salary Ā£23,000 per annum Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday Would you relish a new challenge where youāll recruit and attract essential care professionals? Youāll take ownership of the full recruitment process ā from job taking to offer ā writing engaging adverts, carrying out phone screens, organising interviews and ensuring every candidate has a positive, people-first experience. Youāll work closely with hiring managers and play a key part in helping Aspirations continue to deliver outstanding care across the North region. š What Weāre Looking For Weāre looking for someone who is
- An experienced recruiter with knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Confident communicating with people at all levels, both written and verbal
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload with ease
- Naturally inquisitive and tenacious, with a focus on getting results
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and great at administration
- Motivated by goals and deadlines
- Interested in building a long-term career in HR or Recruitment
š Essential qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 6/B or equivalent
- Previous experience in a high-volume, telephone-based recruitment role
