You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment process — from job taking to offer — writing engaging adverts, carrying out phone screens, organising interviews and ensuring every candidate has a positive, people-first experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and play a key part in helping Aspirations continue to deliver outstanding care across the North region. 🌈 What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is

• An experienced recruiter with knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Confident communicating with people at all levels, both written and verbal
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload with ease
• Naturally inquisitive and tenacious, with a focus on getting results
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and great at administration
• Motivated by goals and deadlines
• Interested in building a long-term career in HR or Recruitment

🎓 Essential qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 6/B or equivalent
• Previous experience in a high-volume, telephone-based recruitment role
