Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resources Manager located in St Cloud, FL. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, addressing employee grievances, and maintaining HR records. The Human Resources Manager will also work on performance management, employee development programs, and workforce planning to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
• Skills in performance management, employee development, and onboarding
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and conflict resolution abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
