We believe every young person deserves the chance to build confidence, skills, and ambition for the future. Our programmes bring enterprise, employability, and real-world experiences into schools and colleges, helping students discover what they’re capable of.

What You’ll Do
- Reach out to schools and colleges, introducing them to our workshops and membership programme.
- Build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.
- Share our story with decision-makers and inspire them to get involved.
- Track activity using our CRM and keep us updated through weekly Asana check-ins.
- Work towards clear sales and outreach goals that directly grow our reach.
What Success Looks Like
- By 3 months: £2,000 in confirmed new sales.
- By 6 months: 5 new school contracts or £10,000 in new income.
- Consistently: 4+ school meetings each month booked and delivered.

- 5% of new sales above £3,000.
- Commission is paid once income is received.
About You
- You know how schools work and what makes them tick.
- You’ve got experience in business development or sales (ideally education-related).
- You’re confident, motivated, and able to work independently.
- You enjoy building relationships, not just chasing numbers.
- You’re organised and comfortable using simple digital tools (CRM, Asana, LinkedIn, email).
Why Work With Us?
- Mission-led: Everything we do is about creating better opportunities for young people. If you want to be part of something with purpose, you’ll feel at home here.
- Flexibility: Work around your life. You choose when those 10 hours happen.
- Growth: We’re ambitious. As we expand nationally, there will be chances to grow with us.
- Impact: Every contract you bring in translates directly into more young people gaining life-changing experiences.
The Nuts and Bolts
- Freelance contract (self-employed, invoice monthly).
- Flexible, remote working with occasional in-person meetings.
- Weekly updates via Asana, monthly review with our CEO.
- 1-month notice period.
