A growing California workers’ compensation defense firm is looking to add multiple attorneys to its team due to continued expansion and several new client wins.
This is a rare opportunity for an attorney seeking strong compensation, genuine flexibility, and a stable long-term environment without the burnout culture often associated with workers’ compensation defense.

• Workers’ compensation defense matters for self-insured entities and government-related clients

Requirements:
• 0–3+ years of experience
• Some workers’ compensation defense experience preferred, though the firm is open to candidates from other litigation backgrounds
• California Bar admission in good standing required
• Must be based in Southern California due to occasional in-person trial attendance
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage time independently
Compensation & Benefits:
• $180,000 – $200,000 compensation package
• Monthly bonus structure tied directly to billed hours
