VIATechnik is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to own the strategy and execution of high-impact employee development across distributed teams in the US, Poland, and the Philippines. In this role, you'll build from what already exists, enhance programs with fresh design, and directly influence company performance. You will manage an instructional designer in Manila while serving as the key partner to People & Culture leadership.

This is not a maintenance role, it's a career move where you'll design, deliver, and measure programs that shape careers and culture across a growing professional services firm.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute a US learning strategy aligned with company OKRs
  • Launch programs with clear outcomes and measurable business impact
  • Partner across departments to create competency-based career pathways
  • Implement dashboards that show learning ROI and behavior change
  • Collaborate globally, ensuring programs are localized and relevant
  • Champion AI-powered learning solutions to scale development

Your First 90 Days:

Take ownership of our existing training needs assessment, turn insights into a concrete roadmap, and begin executing on the highest-priority initiatives. At the same time, continue the Brain Aware Leader training and begin building out the US L&D function in partnership with the Philippines and Poland.

Compensation and featured benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $120,000 - $130,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
  • Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
  • Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
