HR Coordinator / People Operations – Remote (UK)Salary: £28,000 – £36,000Location: Remote (UK-based)

Via is recruiting on behalf of a modern, people-focused organisation that is growing its HR and People function.

This role is ideal for someone with some prior HR or administrative experience who is looking to step into a broader, more involved people role without needing to be fully qualified.

What you will be doing

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
• Responding to employee queries and providing guidance
• Supporting recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
• Helping to maintain HR systems and documentation

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• A genuine interest in people and workplace culture
• CIPD study or interest is beneficial but not essential
