HR Coordinator / People Operations – Remote (UK)Salary: £28,000 – £36,000Location: Remote (UK-based)
Via is recruiting on behalf of a modern, people-focused organisation that is growing its HR and People function.
This role is ideal for someone with some prior HR or administrative experience who is looking to step into a broader, more involved people role without needing to be fully qualified.
What you will be doing
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Responding to employee queries and providing guidance
- Supporting recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Helping to maintain HR systems and documentation
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- A genuine interest in people and workplace culture
- CIPD study or interest is beneficial but not essential
