We’re looking for a people-focused and organized Junior Training & Development Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about learning, employee development, and building impactful training programs in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering training and development programs (onboarding, upskilling, compliance).
• Support training needs analysis and learning assessments across teams.
• Help create and update training materials, guides, and e-learning content.
• Coordinate training schedules, sessions, and feedback collection.
• Track training participation and help evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain learning records, documentation, and learning platforms (LMS).

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in training, HR, learning & development, or related internships/projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Interest in adult learning principles and employee development.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, or content creation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
