VENDÔM – New opportunity – Talent Acquisition Specialist (F/M) – French speaking – Sofia, Bulgaria (remote)
Vendôm Talents, the recruitment platform for luxury hospitality, is offering an exciting opportunity as Talent Acquisition Specialist (F/M), working remotely from Bulgaria (Sofia).
You will lead our recruitment mandates from start to finish, from the client brief to the end of the probation period, for luxury hotels and palaces.
Your role:
- Take the client brief and define the target profile;
- Source and approach talent directly, working with our Talent Acquisition Coordinators;
- Run screening and in-depth interviews, write clear candidate reports and check references;
- Present the shortlist to the client and follow each hire through signature and probation;
- Report weekly on the team's activity: mandates, shortlists, placements;
Your profile:
- Successful experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency or in hospitality, luxury or food and beverage;
- Perfect French and fluent English are essential, written and spoken;
- Based in Bulgaria;
- Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and direct approach;
- Strong analytical and writing skills, a good listener;
- Rigorous, autonomous, results-driven and discreet;
