I'm helping one of my key clients, an incredible charity, find a Project Manager to lead a major HR systems improvement programme.

Following the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, they're looking for someone to shape and deliver a roadmap of enhancements across a global organisation with over 25,000 employees.

You will:

• Work with HR stakeholders to identify and prioritise system improvements
• Build and manage the HCM enhancement roadmap and backlog
• Drive delivery with internal teams and Oracle partners
• Support a wider Oracle Finance transformation programme

We're looking for a Project Manager with the following skills and experience:

• Delivering HR systems transformation projects, including post implementation projects
• Oracle HCM, Workday or a similar HR SaaS platform
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Experience gathering requirements and managing priorities
• The energy, drive and influencing skills to create momentum and keep stakeholders moving forward

Oracle HCM (Fusion) experience would be ideal, but isn't essential.

This suits a Project Manager who enjoys bringing pace and accountability to complex programmes, while working with a wide range of stakeholders across HR and IT.

It's a fully remote role (UK based) paying up to £72k, with great benefits including 32 days' holiday, gym membership and a generous pension.
