Remote Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide maternity leave coverage, partnering with leaders and employees to ensure continuity in employee relations, performance management, and people practices.Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing employee relations issues, coaching managers, and ensuring fair, compliant guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Advising leaders on people-related risks, supporting organizational change, and aligning HR practices with business strategies.

• Supporting performance processes, talent planning, and manager development to foster a high-performance culture.

• Maintaining HR systems, processes, and compliance with employment laws, including leave and immigration support.

• Partnering with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices.

Qualifications And Skills

• 7–10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a high-growth or complex environment, including employee relations and coaching.

• Strong business judgment, ability to operate independently, and experience in remote, fast-paced settings.

• Excellent communication skills and high discretion.

This role requires quick onboarding, strategic partnership, and a proactive approach to HR challenges in a remote-first environment.
