Head of People / People Ops Lead (Founding Hire)Location: Remote, must be willing to travel to Barcelona once a month Compensation: $170,000-185,000 plus equity The Mission: Build the People Blueprint We are looking for our clients first dedicated People Leader-a strategic architect who thrives on the "zero-to-one" stage. You will build their people function from first principles, designing the systems, processes, and culture that will support their rapid scaling global employees over the next 18 months. Your Impact
- Infrastructure Architecture: Own the end-to-end people tech stack.
- Global Talent Engine: Drive a high-velocity hiring plan to quadruple headcount by end-of-year. You will define "what good looks like" for our culture and technical bars.
- Process Design: Build the "weeds" of the business-onboarding, performance management, compliance, and expense workflows-within a NetSuite environment.
- Immigration & Mobility: Manage the complexities of a global workforce, including visa sponsorship and international compliance.
What You'll Bring
- The Experience: 7+ years in People Ops (minimum 5 for high-performers), including experience at multiple high-growth or VC-backed startups.
- Hyper-Growth DNA: You have seen a company scale rapidly and know the pitfalls and milestones of moving from 10 to 100+ employees.
- Process Mastery: You are a "process nerd" who is extremely organized and capable of building structured people functions from scratch.
- Global Savvy: Proven experience managing international teams and a strong understanding of visa and immigration processes.
- Pragmatic Leadership: You are senior enough to lead strategy but energized by getting into the weeds to execute.
