What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze business needs and recommend solutions to improve HR processes using Workday
- Document current and future state processes and identify necessary changes for implementation
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities to build effective working relationships
- Support the identification and evaluation of project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of general experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Data Processing
- Experience with Workday is required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to troubleshoot and escalate application issues effectively
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- HR systems administration experience
- Experience with Workday benefits and absence management
- Knowledge of Workday core and advanced compensation processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in providing technical guidance and training to others
