Location: Europe region Job type: Remote Period: October 2025 – August/September 2026 Job Description This role will be responsible for leading the integration workstream of a global HRIS project for the Europe region, ensuring successful in time integration of Workday with external systems such as HR, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party applications. As the Workday integration project lead you oversee the technical and functional aspects of integrating the Workday platform with other internal business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and business process automation. Key responsibilities include leading the integration workstream for the Europe region, acting as a technical expert, gathering and translating requirements, designing and implementing solutions, managing testing and troubleshooting, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring data integrity and security. The role requires deep expertise in Workday integration technologies, strong project management skills applied in complex business environments across the Europe region supported by a remote project team. Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday integrations, providing technical direction and guidance to the team.
  • Project Oversight: Lead the integration workstream from discovery to implementation, managing project plans, timelines, and resources.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and design solutions.
  • Integration Design & Development: Architect, develop, and implement complex Workday integrations, ensuring they meet enterprise standards and business needs.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution process to ensure integrations function correctly and efficiently.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various teams, including business owners, IT, project managers, and external vendors.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain technical specifications, best practices, and integration documentation, and provide knowledge transfer to internal resources. QualificationsRequired Skills & Expertise

  • Workday Integration Technologies: Deep knowledge of PECI, Workday studio and overall Workday connectors for HCM, Recruiting and payroll, integration document delivery (SFTP delivery), configuration of IS, external payroll earnings including time off and time tracking
  • Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of cloud computing, web services, APIs, and related integration challenges.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage project lifecycles, track progress, monitor deadlines, and report on project status within challenging timelines and a remote project team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate technical information.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Business Acumen: Broad understanding of business processes, especially in HR (payroll, time recording, absence management) and Finance, to align integrations with organizational goals.
