We are creating a high-performance network of car washes powered by people, automation, and smart technology.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations and help drive key people initiatives. In this role, you will manage a broad range of responsibilities including employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, performance management, and support for HR programs and policies.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who enjoys working across multiple HR functions, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience. Responsibilities:

• Administer and coordinate HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in the development and execution of training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Support performance review and appraisal processes.
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience; HR certification.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
