What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors system, including various modules such as Employee Central and Recruiting
  • Coordinate upgrade and maintenance activities, particularly around regression testing with HR and IT departments
  • Manage projects and process improvement activities to enhance the SuccessFactors platform
  • Provide production support by researching and resolving issues from service delivery teams
  • Generate reports and assist with data integration into the enterprise data warehouse

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience; degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience working with HR information systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors' core platform capabilities and limitations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with third-party systems such as payroll
  • Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders in a collaborative environment
