About The Role
The HR Generalist at TixTrack plays a vital role in supporting the company's human resources functions, reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. This full-time, remote position is based in the Greater Orlando area, with expectations for occasional in-person meetings and potential future hybrid work arrangements. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, benefits administration, performance management, and record keeping. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can handle multiple priorities with confidentiality and professionalism. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, support employee lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized growth-oriented business
- Experience in recruitment, compliance, training, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and policy management
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices across US and UK jurisdictions
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure
Responsibilities
- Assist in administering and executing HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave management, and performance reviews
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure compliance and best practices
- Coordinate onboarding activities, facilitate orientations, and support pre-boarding and offboarding processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including remote, hybrid, and in-person activities
- Maintain accurate HR data and records within HRIS and personnel files
- Respond to employment inquiries and provide guidance to employees and managers, escalating complex issues to the VP, Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment efforts by screening candidates and managing the interview process
- Develop and oversee compliance tracking systems for international operations, ensuring adherence to applicable laws
- Support change management initiatives, program development, and employee engagement strategies
- Stay current with HR trends, legal requirements, and technological advancements to improve HR practices
- Participate in special projects and perform other HR-related duties as assigned
