Skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Payroll testing/operations, preferably in SAP ECC/S4HANA
Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes (payroll run validation, gross-to-net, taxes, garnishments, deductions, benefits, off-cycle/retro)
Experience designing and executing structured test cases (SIT, UAT, regression, parallel payroll)
Experience with test tools (e.g., SAP Cloud ALM) and defect tracking
