We are seeking a proactive and organized People & Culture Coordinator to support HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employees across their lifecycle.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and staff events
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support
• Support performance management and professional development initiatives

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, people & culture, or administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Based in Australia with full working rights
