Role Overview
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the people function across the organisation. This role is responsible for implementing scalable HR processes, ensuring a positive employee experience, and partnering with leadership to support a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, distributed tech environments and is comfortable working across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Advise leadership on organisational design, culture, and HR best practices.
- Manage and optimise HR policies, processes, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth hiring and workforce planning.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage HR systems, data integrity, and reporting.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing coaching and guidance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within a high-growth tech company.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employment law fundamentals, and distributed team dynamics.
- Experience working with international teams and multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in a rapidly changing environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a high degree of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in blockchain, Web3, or other deep-tech sectors.
- Familiarity with remote-first culture and processes.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
