Talvra is the decision layer for hiring. Most teams don’t fail at finding candidates, they fail at deciding between them. Job specs are vague, interviews are inconsistent, and feedback is subjective, so hiring becomes opinion instead of evidence. Talvra fixes that. It turns job descriptions into clear hiring benchmarks, evaluates every candidate against the same standard, and makes it obvious who to hire and why. We’re not an ATS. We don’t track candidates. We bring structure and clarity to the decision itself... hence the motto Hire with conviction. Define good, Evaluate consistently, Decide faster.We’re not an ATS.
