What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and administer all federal and state leave programs for team members
- Serve as the main point of contact for team members seeking leave, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate with Human Resources and other departments on leave, disability, and absence management programs
- Monitor and support the Leave of Absence inbox and HR Help Center cases, responding with urgency
- Provide oversight for leave of absence claim management and track data using Workday
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or HR; or a High School Diploma/GED with at least four years of experience in Leave Administration and Benefits/HR support
- Minimum of two years of experience in Leave Administration and Benefits/HR support
- Strong knowledge of federal and state leave administration and employee benefits related to leave of absence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance with three years of experience in leave and benefits administration and analysis
- Workday experience
