What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage multiple stakeholder recruiting priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing insights to meet their talent needs.
- Oversee the entire recruiting process, ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Lead the candidate assessment process, guiding stakeholders to unbiased hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners, including HR and Operations, to enhance recruitment efforts.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruitment for senior executive roles.
- Experience in healthcare industry recruiting.
- Proven ability to deliver recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, LinkedIn, internet research, and social media sourcing.

- Experience working in professional services or search firm environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges effectively.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and interest in learning about industry trends and innovative sourcing techniques.
