What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage multiple stakeholder recruiting priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing insights to meet their talent needs.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process, ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Lead the candidate assessment process, guiding stakeholders to unbiased hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners, including HR and Operations, to enhance recruitment efforts.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruitment for senior executive roles.
• Experience in healthcare industry recruiting.
• Proven ability to deliver recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, LinkedIn, internet research, and social media sourcing.
