What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Administer the employer's disability and time-off programs in North America and Europe, including process documentation and employee communication
- Support the Benefits Manager with compliance requirements, state filings, and policy updates in accordance with US laws and regulations
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to effectively manage program changes and support employee escalations
- Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling and process documentation
- Assist with benefit projects based on business needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2-4 years of minimum relevant experience in benefits administration
- Strong understanding of Federal, State, and Local compliance regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid technical skills, including experience with Workday, are highly desirable
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with IRS and DOL regulations
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid quantitative and Excel skills
- Ability to identify process improvements for team efficiency
