2. About the Opportunity:
The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting top talent to support the organization’s growth and operational needs. This role plays a vital part in identifying, attracting, and hiring candidates who align with the company’s mission and values. The position is critical in shaping the workforce and ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage qualified talent
- Screen and interview candidates within consistent timeframes
- Communicate the organization’s mission and culture to candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through market research and relationship management
- Collaborate with HR Operations to align recruitment efforts and advise managers
- Design and execute campus recruitment strategies
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience
- Provide timely reporting on recruitment metrics
- Maintain knowledge of compensation, benefits, and salary structures
- Support company-wide recruiting programs and initiatives
- Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements
4. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for a range of roles from entry-level to senior management
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools such as Boolean search and Hiretual
- Experience with ATS systems like Cornerstone preferred
- Proficient with multiple sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.)
- Ability to understand hiring needs and articulate clear value propositions
- Strong strategic and tactical recruiting skills
- Skilled in candidate assessment and passive candidate sourcing
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Compensation range: $55,000 to $65,000 annually
